Children's Day Celebration Program by BMC
People who are willing to contribute their share of the donation can fill up following form. Team BMC will arrange to pick them up from your home or nearby location. (within Bangalore)
The items to donate (ideally for age group of 4 to 14 years):
- Sweaters
- Clothes
- School bags
- Shoes
- Blankets
- School stationery (Notebook, pen, pencil etc)
- Toys
- Ration (Rice, Dal, Oil, spices) - Critical requirement
- Anything else which you feel to be a useful contribution from your side.
- Monetary contribution will NOT be accepted by BMC. (You can contact Orphanage directly to make a monetary donations.)

Generally after every trek / activity, if expenses permit we tend to save a nominal amount, which we keep with us as BMC FUND. Being a NON-PROFIT organization we either refund the remaining amount to members or utilize it for a cause which is close to the hearts of our members and society.
Yesterday was Children's Day in India & 20th Nov 2005 is Universal Children's Day. On this occasion Team BMC has decided to donate clothes (winter wear), sweets to a needy orphanage from this BMC fund with a matching contribution from TeamBMC.
It would be great if you would pitch in with your contribution. If you have old but usable (not torn/too worn) clothes, blankets, sweaters, etc. You may donate them as a gift to those needy of them through Team BMC. Your warm gesture will make this winter season less cold for a few underprivileged.
